Honestly, this song described exactly what I couldn't describe for years. I don't even know what my personality is. Like genuinely, if you ask me what kind of person I am, I have no idea what to tell you. Because even when I'm not with people, I imagine that everything I do is being watched by some sort of imaginary audience, so I still act in more of a performative way even when I'm on my own. I always try to adjust to other peoples personalities, so I'm always a different person depending on who I'm talking to. I also copy peoples behaviours, ways of talking, etc. because it makes them more comfortable. I guess because it reminds them of themselves. I always think through every word I say at least twice before I say it. Even when I'm comforting people, I just think "what would they like for me to say right now" and that's what I do. Idk if there's just something wrong with me but I literally don't have a personality. I'm a blank sheet until I adjust to someone else
