When Zaion happened, I kept my scepticism and didn't want to do a witch hunt. Then Yugo, Nina, Mysta, Mika, most of NijiID (which was blended into EN), Pomu, Kyo, now with Selen I believe there is a serious leadership problem within NijisanjiEN. Especially since the graduates all said the same effin thing

Guys. If you like Selen Tatsuki, I recommend you check out the indie Vtuber Dokibird. She is having her first stream in a few years in just 2 days from now. I highly recommend. She has a similar sense of humor, similar voice, similar dog, and had been silenced by a shit eating company she worked for the past month so she couldn't legally say anything, but she is starting to stream again in just 2 days!

Their statement made me so angry. They got one of their livers, one of the people that they are supporting - that's where ALL of the value they create from - to self-harm. They're a talent agency, and yet they don't manage, and then, when they create a toxic environment, they have ZERO words for what to improve going forward. Like, not a "We think we did nothing wrong, but of course we'll still see that as an opportunity to improve stuff going forward." They don't even acknowledge her hurt and her perspective with a single word.

This explains a lot and confirms my worst fears. Their actions caused her to commit self harm. It also can explain certain graduations occuring. And no im trying to imply that they were the bullies, but if i were there and heard about this i would graduate too.

what was the point of niji bringing up ANY of the harassment accusations in a termination notice?? "look guys! she said one of your oshis is mean! get her!"

Management don't want to help talents with any of their projects, but they do want absolute control over them.

You know, I always seen selen as the event organizer in nijisanji that drags me back to watch nijisanji as a whole once every time. I just hope there will be someone that can make events as big as the puyo puyo tournament and holo niji custom again. What I'm trying to say is. If nijisanji en as a whole is slice of life anime

I’m relatively new to the vtubing community, but Selen was always a great talent to see and watch. She’s a force of positivity and charm, and always brought a smile to my face when I watched her content. To see that she was being bullied behind the scenes to a breaking point, with niji even denying it really is heartbreaking. Nijisanji has shown time and time again they do not care about their talents and only wanna use them as puppets, yet they are unaware that it is THEIR actions on why their reputation is in the dirt. Selen is very strong, and I hope she keeps her head held high.
