I'm not trying to defend either side here, but watching the stream, seeing the girls from "woooooo, yeeeeeaaaaah", to just Bae "woooo" with a little bit less energy (later Ina kinda joined in) was weird. I'm guessing they live reacted to the key visual, but it was like they forgot that there will be Holostars booth at the expo or something and didn't know what to say about them. Not just FuwaMoco, the overall vibe changed when the boys were on screen, and it changed back when the big group image came. And I don't really understand why.

I think this was actually an mistake of the management, Bae interacts a lot with Holostars and Ina is old in Hololive and probably has no problem communicating with them or with almost anyone, but Fuwamoco is new and probably doesn't even know any of them or almost any of them and maybe they are like some of those many Japanese members who have difficulties and prefer not to communicate/make collabs with male Vtubers, some like Kanata have even said that they don't collab with men and this is a freedom that Hololive gives them so that they can do their work at ease

YouTube doesn't ban vtubers for having lewd models like Twitch does, but they do shadow ban them. I'm not sure which is worse. It's been heartbreaking watching Abyss Song Syndrome try to keep her momentum going after she got shadowbanned. You could see her numbers go down as she tried to reach sub goals while streaming.

The real controversy here is Kaela holding Zeta.. (I agree Kaela, Zethighs is life)

Also I was wondering what makes ID so different? Both in Holo and Niji. There is mostly just coolness, trolling and fun. People don't get mad over who collabs with who. There, the people are down-to-earth and just know how to behave without the need of censor and bonks.

I think this is just learning experience for all sides. Prepare the talent better and inform them who to expect. So they can react appropiately.

like as a holostars fan, i don't really care if they don't wanna interact with the boys. That's fine and all. Especially with how the girls fanbases get, it's super understandable. Like no hate. but god was the sudden dip in enthusiasm/silence just reeeeally awkward. It made me kinda uncomfortable.

I think the FeFe thing is because the last few streams I noticed her model had a bikini bottom that looked like underwear and im guessing because she wasn't in the pool and hot tub category that's why they banned her.
