Someone else pointed out that since Niji shared the documents to the livers, they would have to participate in person ( and doxxing themselves in doing so ) if Doki were to take them to court ( smth that im sure she wouldn't want )
Basically taking all livers and using them as meatshield so that Doki wouldn't take them to court

That “Message from NijiEN” was just disgusting, truely vile stuff. One of the many filth flowing from their mouths that hit me hard was Vox saying he was gonna leave in solidarity for Selen, that was so horrid it made me fucking horse laugh at that steaming pile of Bull.
I mainly just watch a few of the JP branch members and occasionally looked at some EN members (most of whom left/terminated) but this truely makes me ashamed for ever supporting this pitch Black Company.

What makes this situation so crazy is that now we're seeing people such as Asmongold, Charlie, and Patterz reacting to all this and saying how disgusted they are by the company. The company is not only sinking the yacht, but they're sinking their careers as well right down the drain. Give all your love and support to Dokibird, she deserves it and truly needs it in these chaotic times.

Honestly posting bullet point lists and smearing everyone you fire using the same script basically or worse just makes them look bad and untrustworthy. Then they just make it worse and worse.
i firmly belive the talents have been strong armed into making that video especially elira and vox because A. those two and ike have (had) the strongest public perception at that point, niji most have known this and used them as public speakers (as elira is my oshi you have no idea how upset and angry i am at this) and B. why the hell would the talents agree to it elira says that she volunteered her channel but that makes zero sense, seriously why on earth would she, she knows how volatile the situation is right now and this essentially all the hate on top of her AND she has mentioned on stream that her and her family are going through a very serious situation right now privately combined with the fallout of losing one of her best friends (pomu). i cant speak for vox and ike as much as i dont watch them very often but all of this points to the idea that niji must be blackmailing their talents because their is just no way (at least elira) would do this.
You can’t runaround your NDA obligations by telling your contractors about it and making them talk about it? They may not be party to it but then you broke it by telling your contractors in the first place.
I really hope kurosanji forced Elira, Vox and all those livers involved to support the message they released and that they were not actually the ones bullying Selen (even tho some of them in there obviously were). Cause I get the all the "support the livers, not the company", but knowing some of them harassed Selen to the point where she tried to FUCKING KILL HERSELF (which is something that is somehow getting overshadowed), then try to defend themselves and their company by blaming her and acting all pure and innocent without any repercussion fucking boils my blood
Thank you Khyo for always being on top of things, this situation has to be exhausting to cover. And I cant even imagine what Doki is going through rn;; Hopefully she can actually have a peaceful Apex stream later
